BEREA-MIDPARK CLASS OF 1963 UPDATE

Berea, Ohio                 May 2009

Hi Everyone!

It’s that time of the year again – Save this Date!   Friday, September 25, 2009.

Several Berea Grads have gotten together to create the First Annual Alumni Gathering.  The committee has selected Homecoming night, Friday, September 25, 2009 for this first event!  Details are still being worked on but the basic schedule is:  5 PM  A gathering in the high school cafeteria.  Tables will be set up for individual classes to me at during this interval.  6.45 p.m. Homecoming events start on Finney Field.  We will be sitting together.  It is hoped we might be able to lead everyone in our Alma Mater.  After-game get togethers are to be arranged by individual classes.  Tony K’s will probably be the place most folks will go to after the game.

 Alumni reunion committee members:  Dennis Kushlak (’59),  Jane (Marting) Miller (’60), Don Auble (’62), Dick Luff (’62), Pat Epperson (’63) and Dave Tressel (’69). 

 That brings us up to our 9th Annual Class Event.

Hi!  You may wish to check out FACEBOOK.COM (Link at top of page).  Many of us are on the site.  When you register you will find a column that has applications, list is groups.  You can search for Berea and other groups.  Photos of various events are on our 1963 page.  There is also a Berea Alumni page.  I suggest you list your high school & year.  You can list 2 schools, list Berea and Midpark plus year.  That will make it easier to search for other classmates or be found by fellow classmates.  If you need help, check with your kids or grandkids.  My granddaughter has been my tutor.  Or check back with me, I'm still learning my way around, but I'm making progress!

Welcome to our newly redesigned website. We hope you will enjoy your visit.

If you are familiar with the old site, you will find the same general content here; many sections include archives of the old site, and there are still some upgrades in progress.

Note that we have added a "Login" capability to the site. You don't need to login or have an account to visit and look around, but if you want to add to the Guestbook, you will have to create an account. We only ask for your email to send a confirmation to activate your account.
